The 21 in. steel cutting deck features a high-efficiency cutting system with dual blades to get the job done. The customer is responsible for writing the correct shipping address to us. If delivery fails due to the shipping address being incorrect or incomplete then we will not be able to refund you as the parcels are usually destroyed and not return to us, especially for international deliveries.

We will replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged at no extra cost to you. To return your product, you should email us for a return address and label.

Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
