Using a sophisticated Thermoblock heating system which allows for faster switch-on times and precise water temperature control for brewing, steam, and hot water. The customer is responsible for writing the correct shipping address to us. If delivery fails due to the shipping address being incorrect or incomplete then we will not be able to refund you as the parcels are usually destroyed and not return to us, especially for international deliveries.

We will replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged at no extra cost to you. To return your product, you should email us for a return address and label.
